We offer a discounted first month for only $99 to ensure we work with your schedule and you enjoy our community.
When you have completed your free week and first month, you will have the option of signing up for a one-, three- (5% discount), or six-month (10% discount) autopay contract. These are not binding beyond the allotted time period and you can pause them at any time in increments of one month.
- All levels are welcome at all classes... Because our coaches are highly skilled, anyone of any ability level can come to any class on our schedule and expect to receive regressions or progressions for any movement as needed. The only thing you have to know how to do is high-five people at the end of class. :)
3) Show up to class a few minutes early to sign the liability waiver and discuss relevant health information with your coach. Have a specific injury, heart condition, or other relevant limitation? Let your coach know before class so she can develop alternate exercises for you during class if needed.
- Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel to class. Please also inform your coach of your preferred pronouns.
4) We do not have a shower but we do have small hand towels that you are welcome to use to wipe down before work.
POINT is much more than a "gym." We keep our classes intentionally small so our coaches can provide you with individual feedback based on your own body's movement patterns. Bottom line, we focus on movement quality and translation of movements into your everyday lives, not just leaving you destroyed in a puddle on the floor after each workout.
