POINT Gym uses HIGH-INTENSITY CROSS-TRAINING based in FUNCTIONAL FITNESS principles. We offer two types of GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
STRENGTH+ - A STRENGTH-TRAINING class that uses barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to develop muscular strength and empower you to try new things.*
AGILITY+ - An all encompassing AGILITY TRAINING class that puts the body in all planes of movement utilizing PLYOMETRIC TRAINING, cones, ladders, and hurdles to develop stabilizer strength and prevent injuries.*
*Both the Strength and Agility classes utilize other skills based in Natural Movement principles.
