POINT Gym uses CROSS-TRAINING based in FUNCTIONAL FITNESS and NATURAL MOVEMENT principles. We offer two types of GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
A STRENGTH TRAINING class that uses barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to develop muscular strength and empower you to try new things.
STRENGTH+ meets Mon/Tues/Fri
An all encompassing AGILITY TRAINING class that puts the body in all planes of movement utilizing PLYOMETRIC TRAINING, cones, ladders, and hurdles to develop stabilizer strength and prevent injuries.
AGILITY+ meets Wed/Thurs/Sat

But we do not train just for the sake of fitness – we want anyone to be able to attend POINT and know that it will enhance your performance in whatever your athletic endeavors may be OR just prepare you to tackle whatever everyday life throws your way.
