Join Certified MovNat Trainers, Kimberly Alexander and Melissa Sher, for a 6-week dive into natural human movement. In this dynamic and interactive series you will explore the range of movement our bodies are intended to utilize on a daily basis but have lost due to modern conveniences we all call "progress" (escalators, vehicle back-up cameras, automatic toilets...). In reality, we have regressed. Rewilding your movement is not saying we should go back and live like cavemen, but it is saying regular, quality movement is imperative for us to reach our full human potential. Also, IT'S FUN!
These skills are not taught in most gym environments but are the foundations to all movement patterns. What you learn in this workshop will dramatically improve your training in any modality as well as your ability to perform in any sport or outdoor activity. Most importantly, it will allow you to move more efficiently in every aspect of your daily life. All levels will benefit from this workshop. Sign up now!
