Each week, in addition to instruction and drills, you will learn self-care techniques from LMT, Sukho Gomes:
Gain techniques aimed at addressing common aches and pains often developed by runners.
Develop a toolbox of self care options with the use of widely available implements such as lacrosse balls and foam rollers.
Workshop also includes a 1-hour Sports Nutrition talk with gym owners and Certified Nutritional Therapist Practitioners, Kimberly Alexander and Melissa Sher.
