The focus of this class is empowerment and community by building strength together in a shared, safe space. All survivors are welcome; no questions asked. Hosted in partnership with SARC.

MOVE YOUR DNA WORKSHOP
SATURDAY-SUNDAY, JULY 27-28

A weekend devoted to corrective exercises to improve symptoms such as:
-Pelvic floor dysfunction
-Back pain
-Shoulder pain
-Foot, knee, ankle, or hip pain
-Alignment issues
-Anything related to sitting at a desk/in a car

The Combatives Specialty Workshop & Trainer Certification is a 2-day specialized training designed to provide MovNat Trainers, fighters, and just regular folks with all the tools necessary to teach or apply principles that can be utilized in any kind of self-defense and/or life-threatening situation, regardless of the environment or physical abilities.
